AEE INTEC besch\u00e4ftigt derzeit rund 85 Mitarbeiter*innen aus acht Nationen und vergibt laufend Bachelor- und Masterarbeiten sowie Praktika. AEE INTEC arbeitet in den thematischen Bereichen \u201eGeb\u00e4ude\u201c, \u201eSt\u00e4dte und Netze\u201c, \u201eTechnologieentwicklung\u201c und \u201eIndustrielle Systeme\u201c an Grundlagen- und anwendungsorientierter Forschung in nationalen und internationalen F&amp;E-Projekte in Kooperationen mit Universit\u00e4ten, FHs, anderen Forschungseinrichtungen und der Industrie.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Forschungsprojekt<\/strong><\/p><p>Die Master-Arbeit ist in das laufendes ACR Forschungsprojekt <em>\u201eBioProft\u201c- Profitable Valorisation von Biogasg\u00e4rresten durch CO<sub>2<\/sub>-speicherung und N\u00e4hrstoffr\u00fcckgewinnung<\/em> eingebunden. Weitere Partner*innen im Projekt sind GET G\u00fcssing Energy Technologies GmbH, LVA \u2013 Lebensmittelversuchsanstalt, FELMI-ZFE Institut f\u00fcr Elektronenmikroskopie und Nanoanalytik &#8211; Zentrum f\u00fcr Elektronenmikroskopie sowie das IWI &#8211; Industriewissenschaftliches Institut.<\/p><p>Das Projekt \u201eBioProfit\u201c entwickelt ein wirtschaftliches Verfahrenskonzept zur Aufbereitung von G\u00e4rresten mittels Fl\u00fcssigkeitsabtrennung und Membrandestillation. Die Fl\u00fcssigphase wird ges\u00e4ubert und rezykliert, und mit dem Membrandestillationsverfahren (MD) ein hochwertiges <strong>Stickstoff-D\u00fcngemittel<\/strong> produziert. Die G\u00e4rrest-Feststoffe sollen gezielt zum Aufbau von Humus in der Landwirtschaft und im Gartenbau Verwendung finden. Der im Humus gespeicherte Kohlenstoff wird damit dem <strong>CO<sub>2<\/sub>-Kreislauf<\/strong> entzogen, wodurch CO<sub>2<\/sub> Zertifikate generiert werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Master-Arbeit<\/strong><\/p><p>Ziel der Masterarbeit ist Untersuchung und Weiterentwicklung des Membrandestillationsverfahren zur Entfernung des Stickstoffes und Erzeugung von Ammoniumsulfat (D\u00fcngemittel) aus fl\u00fcssigen G\u00e4rresten von Biogasanlagen.
