{"id":1783,"date":"2018-01-30T01:35:00","date_gmt":"2018-01-29T23:35:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/p688098.mittwaldserver.info\/project\/koowo-volkersdorf\/"},"modified":"2025-03-22T01:41:34","modified_gmt":"2025-03-21T23:41:34","slug":"koowo-volkersdorf","status":"publish","type":"project","link":"https:\/\/www.aee-intec.at\/en\/project\/koowo-volkersdorf\/","title":{"rendered":"KooWo &#8211; Volkersdorf"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Starting point\/motivation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Large parts of savings achieved in Austrian buildings (e.g.: reduced operation power, use of resource saving construction material) were compensated by the constant raise of square footage per capita, the increased mobility behavior and rising good consumptions. The Swiss type of a 2000 watt society takes this fact into account. It factors the energetic and ecological parameter and target value into the personal energy footprint. Now, first steps into the direction of a 2000 watt society will be forced in Austria by using the klima:aktiv\u2019s settlement rating tool.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Contents and goals<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Using the example of the collectively planned residential project \u201cKooWo Volkersdorf\u201d with it\u2019s 27 residential units, sufficiency should be put into practice and the overarching target of a holistic reduction of CO2 should be reached. The residential project shifts the individual system border of the building to a collective living space of a settlement as a system.
