{"id":2643,"date":"1996-01-01T06:51:00","date_gmt":"1996-01-01T04:51:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/p688098.mittwaldserver.info\/project\/development-of-solar-low-energy-prefabricated-houses\/"},"modified":"2025-03-29T07:20:32","modified_gmt":"2025-03-29T05:20:32","slug":"development-of-solar-low-energy-prefabricated-houses","status":"publish","type":"project","link":"https:\/\/www.aee-intec.at\/en\/project\/development-of-solar-low-energy-prefabricated-houses\/","title":{"rendered":"Development of solar low-energy prefabricated houses"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Im Rahmen des Projekts werden in 5 europ\u00e4ischen L\u00e4ndern insgesamt 7 Wohnbauprojekte realisiert, deren W\u00e4rmebedarf zu einem hohen Anteil \u00fcber thermische Solaranlagen gedeckt wird. In \u00d6sterreich wurde in Kooperation von der AEE INTEC, dem Architekturb\u00fcro Reinberg aus Wien und dem Fertighausunternehmen HOLZ-BAU-WEIZ ein Niedrigenergie-Reihenhaus entwickelt. Die Entwicklung des energietechnischen Konzeptes und Optimierung des Geb\u00e4udes erfolgte mittels instation\u00e4rer Berechnungen mit Hilfe des Simulationsprogrammes TRNSYS. Ein Demonstrationsprojekt mit sechs Reihenh\u00e4usern und einer B\u00fcroeinheit wurde in Gleisdorf errichtet.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Die Warmwasserbereitung und ein Teil des Raumw\u00e4rmebedarfs werden \u00fcber thermische Kollektoren gedeckt. Die Kollektorfl\u00e4chen im Ausma\u00df von 213 m\u00b2 sind in die Wintergartend\u00e4cher integriert. Die Energiespeicherung erfolgt in einem 14 m\u00b3 Stahlspeicher, von dem aus die Geb\u00e4ude \u00fcber eine Nahw\u00e4rmeleitung (Mikronetz) versorgt werden. Zur Abrundung des solaren Gesamtkonzeptes liefert eine dachintegrierte, netzgekoppelte Photovoltaikanlage mit einer Leistung von 1,44 kW einen Teil des elektrischen Strombedarfs.<br\/>Durch hohen W\u00e4rmed\u00e4mmstandard, thermische Zonierung und kontrollierte Be- und Entl\u00fcftung \u00fcber Erdreichw\u00e4rmetauscher ist der Heizenergiebedarf dieses Geb\u00e4udetyps sehr gering. In der ersten Heizsaison 1998\/99 betrug der Heizenergieverbrauch 20 kWh\/m\u00b2. Davon wurden 60% durch die Solaranlage gedeckt, so dass der Restheizenergiebedarf, der von einem Pelletskessel gedeckt wird, nur noch 8 kWh\/m\u00b2 betrug.     <\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":2642,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-2643","project","type-project","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.6 -
