{"id":2705,"date":"1999-01-01T00:36:00","date_gmt":"1998-12-31T22:36:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/p688098.mittwaldserver.info\/project\/study-on-stagnation-behaviour-of-solar-thermal-system\/"},"modified":"2025-03-30T00:41:08","modified_gmt":"2025-03-29T22:41:08","slug":"study-on-stagnation-behaviour-of-solar-thermal-system","status":"publish","type":"project","link":"https:\/\/www.aee-intec.at\/en\/project\/study-on-stagnation-behaviour-of-solar-thermal-system\/","title":{"rendered":"Study on stagnation behaviour of solar thermal system"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Die in den letzten Jahren stetig verbesserte Effizienz von Sonnenkollektoren ist zwar in Bezug auf h\u00f6here Solarertr\u00e4ge zu begr\u00fc\u00dfen, stellt aber aufgrund der hohen erreichbaren Kollektortemperaturen bei einem m\u00f6glichen Anlagenstillstand eine enorme thermische Belastung f\u00fcr das gesamte Anlagensystem dar. Stagnation tritt auf, wenn die Umw\u00e4lzpumpe trotz entsprechender Einstrahlung stillsteht, dem Kollektor also keine Energie entzogen werden kann. Die Ursache hierf\u00fcr kann auf die Anwendung bzw. die Dimensionierung, auf einen technischen Defekt oder auf einen Stromausfall zur\u00fcckgef\u00fchrt werden. Verschiedene technische Ph\u00e4nomene (Kondensationsschl\u00e4ge, Abblasen durch das Sicherheitsventil trotz korrekt dimensionierter Ausdehnungsgef\u00e4\u00dfe), wie auch zahlreiche Sch\u00e4den (Lecks und defekte Anlagenkomponenten) an Anlagen infolge von Stagnation zeigen die Notwendigkeit der Ber\u00fccksichtigung der Vorg\u00e4nge im Zustand der Stagnation bei der Planung von thermischen Solaranlagen deutlich auf.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Im Zuge von durchgef\u00fchrten Laboruntersuchungen sowie Untersuchungen an drei Feldanlagen konnten in der ersten Phase des Projektes die Vorg\u00e4nge w\u00e4hrend des gesamten Stagnationszeitraumes erfasst und in f\u00fcnf typische Phasen untergliedert werden. Um eine m\u00f6glichst geringe thermische Belastung des gesamten Anlagensystems zu erreichen, gilt es die Kollektorhydraulik so zu w\u00e4hlen, dass schon in Phase 2 (Ausdr\u00fccken der Fl\u00fcssigkeit aus dem Kollektor durch erste Dampfbildung) eine nahezu vollst\u00e4ndige Entleerung des Kollektors erfolgt und somit die kritische Phase 3 (Leersieden des Kollektors \u2013 Phase mit Sattdampf) m\u00f6glichst schnell durchlaufen werden kann. Zus\u00e4tzlich zu Untersuchungen zum Entleerungsverhalten wurden mittels Drucksensoren bzw. Mikrofonen Kondensationsschl\u00e4ge erfasst und analysiert.  <\/p>\n\n<p>In der zweiten Projektphase wurden L\u00f6sungsvorschl\u00e4ge f\u00fcr den kontrollierten Ablauf der Anlagenstagnation erarbeitet und an den Feldanlagen erprobt. Praxistaugliche L\u00f6sungen wurden definiert und den partizipierenden Unternehmen zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt. Kontinuierliche Messungen sowie Alterungstests an W\u00e4rmetr\u00e4germedien vervollst\u00e4ndigten die Arbeiten innerhalb dieses CRAFT-JOULE Projektes.  <\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":2704,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-2705","project","type-project","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
