Dabei kann K\u00fchlen genauso wichtig sein wie Heizen. Vor allem im B\u00fcro- und Verwaltungsbau ist in den letzten Jahren ein deutlicher Anstieg der auftretenden K\u00fchllasten zu erkennen. Dies liegt darin begr\u00fcndet, dass die internen W\u00e4rmelasten \u2013 bedingt durch den verst\u00e4rkten Einsatz von EDV und B\u00fcroger\u00e4ten \u2013 stark zugenommen haben. \u00dcblicherweise werden die auftretenden K\u00fchllasten mit konventionellen Klimatisierungsger\u00e4ten kompensiert. Vor allem dezentrale Klimatisierungsger\u00e4te erfreuen sich steigender Beliebtheit. Die Folge ist ein sehr hoher Einsatz an Prim\u00e4renergie und daraus resultieren hohe Betriebskosten. In B\u00fcro- und Verwaltungsgeb\u00e4uden kann dies soweit f\u00fchren, dass die Betriebskosten f\u00fcr die K\u00fchlung im Sommer h\u00f6her sind als f\u00fcr die Heizung im Winter. Dieser Aspekt zeigt ein gro\u00dfes Potenzial f\u00fcr den Einsatz passiver K\u00fchlungsstrategien \u2013 dazu z\u00e4hlen auch luftdurchstr\u00f6mte Erdreichw\u00e4rmetauscher.        <\/p>\n\n<p>Im gegenst\u00e4ndlichen Projekt wurde ein luftdurchstr\u00f6mter Erdreichw\u00e4rmetauscher als Vorstufe f\u00fcr eine Klimaanlage (Unterst\u00fctzungsk\u00fchlung) f\u00fcr den Stadtsaal in Gleisdorf (Zentrum der steirischen Landesausstellung 2001) ausgelegt, an die konventionelle Haustechnik gekoppelt und die Betriebsergebnisse \u00fcber ein umfassendes Monitoringprogramm w\u00e4hrend des ersten Betriebsjahres erfasst und analysiert. Das besondere an diesem Erdreichw\u00e4rmetauscher ist die Dimension, denn der Auslegungsmassenstrom der L\u00fcftungsanlage f\u00fcr den Stadtsaal betr\u00e4gt bei Spitzenlast rund 20.000 m\u00b3\/h. Erste Simulationen zeigten, dass damit K\u00fchlleistungen bei sommerlichen Au\u00dfentemperaturspitzen von \u00fcber 50 kW erzielt werden k\u00f6nnen. Der Erdreichw\u00e4rmetauscher reduziert somit einerseits die Investitionskosten f\u00fcr die konventionelle K\u00e4lteanlage und andererseits die Betriebskosten. Die Monitoringergebnisse wurden zur Validierung von Auslegungswerkzeugen und gleichzeitig zur Anstellung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen verwendet.    <\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":2742,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-2743","project","type-project","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
