Diese Entwicklung ging mit einer steigenden Nachfrage nach konventionellen Klimatisierungsger\u00e4ten einher. Diese Ger\u00e4te verursachten neben hohen Anschaffungskosten auch einen sehr hohen Einsatz an Prim\u00e4renergie, was gleichzeitig zu hohen Betriebskosten f\u00fchrt. In B\u00fcro- und Verwaltungsgeb\u00e4uden kann dies soweit f\u00fchren, dass die Betriebskosten f\u00fcr die K\u00fchlung im Sommer h\u00f6her sind als f\u00fcr die Heizung im Winter.<br\/>Als vielversprechende Alternativen zu konventionellen K\u00e4ltemaschinen k\u00f6nnen passive K\u00fchlsysteme mit wesentlich geringerem Prim\u00e4renergiebedarf gesehen werden:   <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nutzung des k\u00fchlen Erdreichs mittels luft- bzw. wasserdurchstr\u00f6mter Erdreichw\u00e4rmetauscher in Verbindung mit dem L\u00fcftungssystem bzw. den Speichermassen des Geb\u00e4udes (thermoaktive Bauteile)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nutzung der tiefen n\u00e4chtlichen Au\u00dfentemperatur im Sommer zur K\u00fchlung der Speichermassen (Nachtsp\u00fclung)<br\/>Im Rahmen des Projektes sollen passive K\u00fchlkonzepte in Verbindung mit luft- bzw. wasserdurchstr\u00f6mten Erdreichw\u00e4rmetauschern unter Ber\u00fccksichtigung der Faktoren Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit, Komfort, Kosten und K\u00e4ltepreise sowie Prim\u00e4renergiebedarf bewertet und mit konventionellen Klimatisierungsger\u00e4ten verglichen werden. Am Projektende sollen optimierte passive K\u00fchlungsstrategien in Verbindung mit praxisorientierten Dimensionierungs- und Umsetzungsanleitungen in Form eines Planungshandbuches zur Verf\u00fcgung stehen. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":2746,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-2747","project","type-project","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
