Die Komplexit\u00e4t der verschiedenen Prozesse mit unterschiedlichem W\u00e4rmebedarf auf verschiedenen Temperaturniveaus macht es aber auf den ersten Blick nicht einfach, die vorhandenen Potenziale zu finden und ein energietechnisch sinnvolles W\u00e4rmetauschkonzept zu erstellen. Die Pinch-Analyse stellt hier ein methodisches Werkzeug zur Verf\u00fcgung, welches auf schnelle Weise den maximalen W\u00e4rmer\u00fcckgewinnungsanteil liefert. In weiterer Folge k\u00f6nnen W\u00e4rmetauscher-Netzwerke entworfen werden, welche die entsprechenden Prozessstr\u00f6me energetisch miteinander kombinieren \u2013 hei\u00dfe Str\u00f6me erw\u00e4rmen kalte Str\u00f6me und umgekehrt. Bei der Konstruktion des W\u00e4rmetauschernetzwerkes f\u00fcr bestehende Anlagen wird man immer auf die existierenden Rohrleitungen, Lage von Geb\u00e4uden, bestehenden Anlagenteilen etc. R\u00fccksicht nehmen und aus den verbleibenden Varianten die betriebswirtschaftlich sinnvollste ausw\u00e4hlen. Wo fr\u00fcher sowohl f\u00fcr das Heizen als auch das K\u00fchlen externe Energie \u2013 also fossile Energietr\u00e4ger \u2013 eingesetzt wurden, \u00fcbernimmt jetzt die Energie aus den Prozessen einen Teil des Bedarfs. Entsprechende Einsparungen an fossilen Brennstoffen wie Gas oder \u00d6l und damit auch eine Reduktion der Energiekosten k\u00f6nnen damit realisiert werden.      <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wie und wo diese Energie dem Prozess zugef\u00fchrt werden kann, erfordert weitaus mehr Planung als bei herk\u00f6mmlichen Energieversorgungssystemen. Vor den \u00dcberlegungen zum Einsatz von Solarenergie sollen alle anderen energetisch, finanziell und organisatorisch sinnvollen M\u00f6glichkeiten zur internen Energie\u00adr\u00fcckgewinnung genutzt werden. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Folgende Schritte sind bei der Analyse der optimalen Integration solarthermischer Anlagen in bestehende W\u00e4rme\u00adversorgungs\u00adsysteme zu unternehmen:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Systematische Erfassung der Energiestr\u00f6me<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Berechnung des minimalen theoretischen Heiz- bzw. K\u00fchlbedarf<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ermittlung des W\u00e4rmebedarfs, der sinnvoll solarthermisch oder durch andere erneuerbarer Energieformen gedeckt werden kann<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Auslegung eines W\u00e4rmetauschernetzwerkes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Auslegung einer solarthermischen Anlage bzw. weiterer \u201eBack up Systeme\u201c mit erneuerbarer Energie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalyse<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":3125,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-3126","project","type-project","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.6 -
