Nahwärmeverbund 4.0 – Research Network for Local Heating, Digitization, Heat Network Technologies & techno-economic evaluation of R&D&I measures

This is based on an innovative benchmarking system using Data Envelopment Analysis of pseudonymized data sets of Austrian biomass heating plants and heating networks for R&D, a digitization package including Advanced Data Analysis and demonstrated technical R&DI measures in four key areas. The “Nahwärmeverbund 4.0” will be positioned as a one-stop-shop in the target group and will support the heating plants in the implementation of R&DI projects as a central contact point.

This should ensure the Austrian biomass heating plants remain competitive in the long term and the available raw materials are used efficiently.
