Customized energy roadmap for small regions and municipalities in Eastern Styria, module “municipal retrofit”

The former project “ökosan – modernisation-initiative of East Styria” focused on initiating showcases to encourage more responsible persons to carry out high-performance retrofit. Within this before then missing initiative widespread service packages for builders and decision makers had been offered. The scope of the service packages ranged from a review of the existing building stock and the elaboration of detailed retrofitting studies to the monitoring and evaluation of the implemented retrofitting measures.

“ENMA-retrofit” will continue this successful initiative with revised service packages for decision makers of East-Styria. Two packages, one “Quick Check” – review of the existing building with energy performance certificate – and “detailed study” – with elaboration of 2 high performance retrofit varieties – will be affordably offered. Out of this service packages at least two high performance retrofitted buildings should be achieved within the region and presented to the public.
